VIP ONLINE CARD

FIRST ACTIVATE YOUR CARD!

•   CARD bought here at the Onlineshop

1. Just order your card and pay for it first.
2. Log in to the Onlineshop with your access data.
3. Send us a message via CONTACT (Customer Service) that you have paid for your card and would like it to be activated.
4. We will check the receipt of payment and activate your card within 48 hours.
5. You will find a GIFT CODE in your customer account which you enter in the GIFT CODE field of your next order.
6. We will send you your VIP CARD with this order. You can use this for all further orders up to 31.12.2025.

• CARD was bought in a physical shop
  

1. You have already purchased your card in a shop, paid for it (receipt/ticket) and received it.
2. Log in to the Onlineshop (new customers have to register first!)
3. Send our customer service a message to activate your card with the ticket number + branch of your receipt and YOUR Member Card Code.
4. After checking all data, your card will be activated within 48 hours and you can use your card for all orders up to 31.12.2025 /  Cards with a longer validity period must be reactivated after 01.01.2026.
