Procedure for Activating Your VIP Online Account

If you have not yet purchased a COMBICARD in one of our stores in the Canary Islands, please read on here.

If you already own a COMBICARD and want to know how to use it in the online shop, read Section B.

A – You do not yet have a COMBICARD

1. Order your card in the online shop and pay for it first.
2. Then log in to the online shop with your access data.
3. Send us a message via CONTACT (Customer Service) stating that you have paid for your card and would like it activated.
4. We will verify the payment and activate your card within 48 hours.
5. In your customer account, you will then find a voucher code to enter in the VOUCHER CODE field on your next order.

• ATTENTION:
  You will not receive a physical card, but a VIP account.
  To use it, you must first log in to the online shop.
  Your VIP account is valid until 31/12/2028.

  You can also shop in our stores with your VIP account.
  Simply show your VIP status online to the staff to receive a physical VIP card.

B – I already have a COMBICARD

1. You have already purchased and paid for your card in a store (receipt/ticket) and received it.
2. Log in to the online shop. (New customers must register first.)
3. Send a message to our customer service to activate your card – including ticket number + store and your Member-Card-Code.
4. After verifying all data, your card will be activated within 48 hours and can be used for all orders until 31/12/2028.
