5. You must agree to the General Terms and Conditions for the Refer a Friend program.

HOW CAN I INVITE FRIENDS?

If these requirements are met you can refer friends in your customer area at: Recommend a Friend program. Your friends will automatically receive an email with your name and recommendation and a 10% discount code.

HOW DO I GET MY BONUS?

If your friend places and order using his discount code and if the order has been completed and succesfully paid for and is not cancelled within 14 days, you will receive one or more discount codes in your customer area on MY DISCOUNTS. You can add this code to your next order on the order form and receive a 10% discount on your order (shipping costs excluded).

HOW LONG ARE THE DISCOUNT CODES VALID?

The discount codes are valid for one year from the date of issue.

CAN MULTIPLE VOUCHER BE COMBINED?

No. If you have succesfully recruited several customers and you have many vouchers, you can only redeem one per order.

ARE VOUCHERS TRANSFERABLE?

No. All vouchers are personal and cannot be transferred to third parties.

We reserve the right to terminate the program at any time for any reason. The program is managed by BUONOCORE & Buonocore GBR. Users are subject to these conditions when participating in the program. By participating in the program users agree to use the program in the manner prescribed in these Terms and Conditions. If you do not fully agree with these Terms and Conditions, you do not have the right to refer an Friend or to participate in the program in any way. Users may not participate in the program if prohibited by applicable laws or regulations. For future recommendations, we reserve the right to amend or change these terms and conditions. We reserve the right to exclude a user from participating in the program at any time if they do not comply with these conditions or with any other applicable law.

Privacy

Violation of applicable law, violation of intellectual property rights of the Company, its service providers or third parties, stalking, insulting or infringing on other individuals, collecting or storing of personal data about other users, incorporating a person or falsifying the identity of a user, deterioration, interference or violation of the Terms or servers or networks connected to the Program; or failure to comply with the requirements, procedures, policies or regulations of such networks; interfere with the use of the Program by any other user, attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Program, other accounts, computer systems or networks associated to the Program, transmit any file that contain viruses, worms, Trojan horses or other harmful destructive functions, performing any illegal act or inducing others to perform any illegal act or other that infringes the rights of any other third party, resell, interchange, trade, auction or otherwise generate revenue by providing access to the program to any third party. If a recommended person sends a personal link to a recommended customer via email, the email should be created and sent personally, as appropriate and usual to communicate with friends, colleagues and family.
Sending bulk emails, sending emails to unknown people or any other form of promotion of a personal link that constitutes or may constitute unsolicited commercial email or “spam” is expressly prohibited and may result in the termination of the referrer's account and the deactivation of the personal link without previous notice. Fraudolent and Suspicious Behaviour

(aloeveraonlineshop.com) discovers that such user seeks to impair the principles of fairness, integrity or lawful operation of the Program in any way through fraud, hacking, deception or other unfair practices with the purpose of annoying, abusing, threatening or abusing other users or agents of the Company. The use of an affiliated company's website, network features, automated systems, scripts or macros to participate is strictly prohibited and will result in exclusion.
Users may not log in with multiples or false email addresses or accounts, use fictitious identities, use any system, bot or other device, or use any other list to participate in the Program or receive any reward.
Buonocore & Buonocore GBR. reserves the right to exclude any user and/or cancel bonus(es) if it discovers that a user manipulates the registration process or the program functioning or violates these conditions.
Caution: any attempt to intentionally damage or undermine the legitimate functioning of the Program may constitute a violation of penal or civil law and will result in the exclusion from participation in the Program. In the event such attempt is made, Buonocore & Buonocore GBR. reserves the right to seek remedies and damages (including attorneys fees) to the full extent to the law, including criminal prosecution.
